How NOT to help celebrate a birthday

We were having a perfectly lovely party for my great grandma and it was time for the cake!! I love cake and I especially love the fluffy stuff that is on the outside of the cake which is doubly better because no one else likes it and they always give it to me. But apparently being cool enough to be gifted with extra cake is not at all the same thing as helping yourself. Who knew? I'm only telling you guys this secret because I figure it might help you from falling into the same traps I did. That is to say, DON'T eat the cake directly from the table. If you do then you get sent to 'your room' which means no cake, no party and no fun. Luckily for me we were at greatgmas so the only place for 'my room' to be was a few feet away in the grass, and there I sat. Lonely and cakeless.
